Ordering

Custom orders require at least two
weeks notice to ensure every detail is
thoughtfully prepared.

Your date is secured once A 50% non-refundable retainer and finalized design details are received.

Rush orders may be accommodated
based on availability.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is
required to reserve your order.
The remaining balance is due on or
before pickup.

Accepted payment methods include
cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable as they secure your date on my calendar.

If a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to pickup, any remaining balance paid may be applied as a credit toward a future order.

Cancellations within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for refunds.

Design

Inspiration photos are always welcome. Each cake is a custom creation and will be designed in my signature style rather than copied exactly.

Because every order is handcrafted, slight variations in color and detail may occur.

Pickup

Orders are available for pickup in Macomb Township, Michigan.

Please transport cakes on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle. Once an order leaves my possession, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Storage & Serving

Buttercream cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature.

Leftovers should be stored covered in the refrigerator and enjoyed within 3—5 days.

Allergen Disclaimer

All products are prepared in a home kitchen that processes common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.

While care is taken, allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed.

Illness or Emergency

In the rare event of illness or emergency
preventing fulfillment, you will be notified
promptly. If I am unable to complete your
order, a full refund will be issued.

Photography

Orders may be photographed for
marketing and portfolio purposes.
